Facility Planning for complete Project:

It starts with making project reports for the client and area program which is calculated after working out the concept and calculating staff requirement. Area program assists the Architect/ Developers/ Operator to plan and execute operationally efficient and viable projects. It also details the requirements for Back of House (B.O.H) areas, which includes Staff areas, Cafeteria, Stores, Offices, Locker s, Rooms, Kitchen and Laundry, etc.

It is then followed by-

Specific Area Planning:

A specific area plan is a relatively detailed plan for the development of a particular part of a facility, and ideally includes an impact review for the entire plan area. We also get associated with the project for any specific area planning which may include:
